A order confirmation will be sent to the email supplied in the checkout. This email will contain all the information about your order. If you see anything wrong in your confirmation you should contact us right away. You need to be 18 or older, or have your guardians permission to order.

We are using the Nordic mail service PostNord for deliveries. Products in stock are usually delivered within 7 workdays to Europe and North America. Your order is shipped when all ordered products are in stock. We will inform you if a delay happens.
We apply a "cost price" to our shipments. The shipping cost varies depending on country and weight of the package.
We use the. We then convert the price to Euro and Dollar depending on what currency you choose. All prices are with 25% swedish tax (according to swedish law we have to charge swedish tax since we're based in sweden).
We reserve the right to change our prices due to changes in purchase prices from our suppliers, misprints or inaccurate information.
Our return policy is 30 days. If you want to return a product your should use our contact form to contact us. If the product has been degraded in your care we will apply a value reduction. The consumer is responsible for the return cost.
It's easy to buy the wrong size, no worries! We'll help you exchange your product. Send us an email via our contact form and explain your situation. You'll handle the return cost but we will send you a new product with no additional delivery cost. You have 30 days after the delivery to exchange your products.
If you've recieved a faulty product you should contact us via our contact form. It's important that you contact us right after discovering the fault.

The same goes for any changes made to products by our suppliers beyond our control. We're also not responsible for any damage/loss to a shipment after it leaves our warehouse.
